Eagle's Nest is located on 175 acres in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Western North Carolina.

Driving Directions:

From Asheville (Approximately 40-45 minutes)

  • From I-40 in Asheville, exit onto I-26 toward Hendersonville.
  • From I-26 exit at the Asheville Airport onto Hwy 280 (Exit 40).
  • Turn right at top of ramp toward Brevard.
  • At Mills River intersection stay on Hwy 280 toward Brevard.
  • After you go through the Hwy 280/276/64 intersection stop light (the first light you come to), take your first left on Ecusta Rd. There is a Lowe's here.
  • Go to the end of the road and take a left on Old Hendersonville Hwy. when the road dead ends (There is a tire store here and the Pisgah Forest Post Office).
  • Go about 1.5 miles and turn right on to Everett Rd. There is an Eagle's Nest sign here.
  • Follow Everett Rd. for about 3 miles to Eagle's Nest service entrance.
  • Go past service entrance, turn right on to Hart Rd. and come in gate at bottom of hill. Follow signs to office.

From Hendersonville (Approximately 20 minutes)

  • From I-26, exit onto Hwy. 64W.
  • Follow Hwy. 64 through Hendersonville toward BrevaRoad
  • Go through the towns of Horseshoe and Etowah, approximately 15 miles.
  • In Penrose, at the Holmes State Forest sign and Texaco Station, turn left onto Crab Creek Road
  • Go 1.5 miles and turn right onto Everett Road (there is a sign here)
  • Go 0.75 miles and turn left onto Hart Road and look for your immediate right into our Hart Road entrance.
