All Camp and Hante Adventures require a $450 deposit of which $100 is non-refundable. Deposit is due with application submission to hold a space. $350 of the deposit is refundable until February 1st of the year attending Camp or Hante, unless otherwise specified for select (*) Hante Adventure and Junior Counselor (JC) applicants.

Select Hante Adventures marked with an asterisk (*) have an application deadline of November 15th before the year attending Camp, with rolling acceptance beginning after November 15th. Select (*) Hante Adventures also have a 50% non-refundable deposit due upon acceptance into the program. The remaining tuition balance is due February 1st and is non-refundable. Due to the costs of running Select (*) Hantes, Early Bird discounts will not be offered to applicants applying to a Select (*) Hante.

The Junior Counselor application deadline is October 15th before the year attending camp, with rolling acceptance beginning after October 15th. Junior Counselors have a 50% non-refundable tuition deposit due upon acceptance into the program. The remaining balance is due February 1st and is non-refundable.

Eagle’s Nest requires all campers to be covered by medical and health insurance while attending Camp or Hante programs. We also highly encourage families to consider purchasing travel and tuition insurance.  These can be purchased via the CampDoc.com Protection Plan under your camper/participants profile.
