EAGLE’S NEST OFFERS financial aid or “camperships” 

we are here to help make camp possible for every family

Each summer, Eagle’s Nest Camp awards Camp and Hante Adventures scholarships to a portion of our campers and participants.  This funding is given with consideration of the family’s income level or extenuating financial circumstances and the child’s desire for a Camp or Hante Adventures.  Camperships are designed to make camp or Hante Adventures available to all campers or participants so all children can experience the fun, safe, and growth of camp.

In recognition that camp and Hante Adventures expenses go beyond just tuition cost, we offer a Gear lending Library where campers and participants can borrow high quality outdoor raincoats, clothing, etc.

No Risk Application Process

 

Campership Process:
  1. Register your camper for the desired session.
  2. Pay a $150 deposit (this is fully refundable if the award amount is not enough to make camp possible).
  3. Complete the online Campership Application. All campership applications are confidential and only accessed by the Camp Registrar, Executive Director, and Camp Director.
  4. Camp Registrar will send a confirmation email once your Campership Application is complete.
  5. Receive an email from the Camp Registrar with an award amount and the acceptance process as well as a payment schedule.
  6. Contact Molly Herrmann, the Camp Registrar, with any questions at molly@enf.org.
  7. We offer flexible payment options including monthly payment plans that can extend to May 31, 2025.
Application Deadlines:
  • Round 1 Application due December 1st– will hear back with an award amount by mid December.
  • Round 2 Application due February 28th– will hear back with an award amount by mid March.
